Managing partner Jakob Baru\u00ebl Poulsen added that it plans to make annual average investments of \u20ac10 billion between 2022 and 2030.<\/p>\n<p>He said: \u201cIn CIP we have the project pipeline, the capabilities as well as the technological and financial resources to continue to tackle climate change.<\/p>\n<div class=\"ArticleBodyPaywall\">\n<p>But we need firmer and more decisive policy instruments to curb CO<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub>emissions, including increased offshore wind build-out targets and faster approval processes.\u201d<\/p>\n<h4>Global reach<\/h4>\n<p>The fund manager sees great potential for wind power growth around the world, CIP partner Michael Hannibal told\u00a0<em>Windpower Monthly<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe see Asia as a strong wind market in general,\u201d Hannibal told\u00a0<em>Windpower Monthly<\/em>. \u201cWe believe in building out a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.windpowermonthly.com\/article\/1729977\/ge-renewable-energy-confirms-haliade-x-order-vineyard-wind-1\">good position in the US<\/a>, where we are constructing\u00a0<span class=\"popover__wrapper\"><a class=\"popover__title\" href=\"https:\/\/www.windpowermonthly.com\/intelligence\/fa6ad588-fb65-28f5-4ca2-e2a33afe3a5a\">800MW Vineyard Wind 1<\/a><small><\/small><\/span>, which will be the first large-scale commercial offshore wind farm in the US. Then we will look at the west coast.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also see strong growth in Europe and are active in Australia.
