It will provide 30 units of the 4.5MW model as well as 36 SG 2.7-129 turbines for EDF Renewables\u2019\u00a0Milligan\u00a0<\/a>wind farm.<\/p>\n

SGRE will also provide services and maintenance for the project under the terms of the contract.<\/p>\n

Project completion is expected by the end of 2020.<\/p>\n

SGRE\u00a0unveiled the SG 4.5-145<\/a>\u00a0in August 2018, having upgraded its 4.2MW platform to have a nominal power rating of 4.5MW, with a flexible output of between 4.2MW and 4.8MW.<\/p>\n

It received its\u00a0first order<\/a>\u00a0for the turbine in December, and has since sold more than 1GW of the 4.5MW variant worldwide.<\/p>\n
